The Honeywell Plymouth, Minnesota facility was established in 1965 to develop technology for numerous government agencies and since then have become a major electronics supplier for strategic radiation hardened digital electronics. We offer Silicon On Insulator (SOI) technologies for our ASIC, Memory, Mixed-Signal and Magnetic Nonvolatile RAM (MRAM) product families.
